Same-day reply in most cases. Tell us what is broken and we will tell you straight what it takes to fix it.

The IT guy your business deserves, without the IT department price.

Small businesses usually get one of two options: a national MSP with a contract and a ticket queue, or a friend of a friend who is good with computers. There is a middle path: real enterprise experience, applied directly, priced flat.

Twenty Plus Years in the Field

Network architecture and engineering is where our founder spent his career before ZEG. Designing, building, and running the kind of enterprise infrastructure where outages make the news internally. That experience means problems get diagnosed fast and solutions are right-sized, not gold-plated.

Honest Scoping, Every Time

If your problem is a $40 access point in the right spot, that is the answer you get. If a vendor quoted you $8,000 for something that needs $1,500 of work, we will show you the difference line by line. The goal is a business owner who trusts their technology and the person who set it up.

One Partner for Everything

The same person who handles your network can run your website, your hosting, your email, and your automation. When everything is under one roof, nothing falls between vendors and nobody blames the other guy.

Fix what's broken, or build it right from the start.

Some businesses need a steady hand on the network they have. Others need a network designed and installed correctly the first time. We do both.

IT & Network Support

Troubleshooting, Wi-Fi fixes, security reviews, email deliverability, and honest answers when something breaks. On-site across the Tulsa metro, remote nationwide. Flat quotes per engagement, no contract required.

Business IT & Network FAQ

What kind of IT and network work does ZEG do?
Office network design and cleanup, Wi-Fi coverage that actually reaches the whole building, router and firewall configuration, security reviews, email deliverability fixes, and second opinions on vendor quotes. If it connects your business to the internet or to itself, it is in scope.
Do I need to be a website client?
No. IT and network help stands on its own. Plenty of businesses have a website they like and a network that fights them every day. We fix the network.
How is this priced?
Every project gets a flat scoped quote before any work starts, after a free intro call. No hourly meters running while someone reads a manual. You know the price before you say yes.
Do you come on-site?
Yes, across the Tulsa metro including Broken Arrow, Owasso, Bixby, Jenks, and Sand Springs. Remote work is available nationwide for anything that does not require hands on hardware.
Can you review a quote another vendor gave me?
Yes, and this is one of the most valuable things we do. We read the quote, tell you in plain English what is necessary, what is padding, and what is missing, and give you the questions to ask. Twenty plus years of enterprise experience means we have seen every version of an inflated proposal.
Do you design and install new networks, or just fix existing ones?
Both. Support engagements handle the network you have. Design and implementation projects cover new offices, new buildings, and full rebuilds: topology design, hardware selection, installation, and documentation, done with enterprise discipline at small business scale.
What does the free intro call cover?
Fifteen minutes on the phone. You describe the problem, we tell you honestly whether it is something we should handle, something you can fix yourself, or something that needs a different specialist. No charge either way.
